Have posted this on the 'other' forum also with little response so far - hopefully it will get a better response here. Anyone familar with the above rods? - I am aware that Nomad manufacture high quality clothing for both fishing and shooting but can find little or no information regarding Nomad rods. Their website is useless.

I dont know about this make of rod.... but what i will say from personal experience last week... and to save you the same heart ache! make sure its posted with insurance! and preferably not with royal mail! the swines ran my new rod over last week somewhere between Dumfries and Perthshire. My three piece 12footer arrived a six piece 12footer! and it was in a solid rod-tube!

agree with johnmac. The post office have lost my daiwa on its way back to Wishaw.
