David, Partridge have a 15' 6 piece, rated 11-12. Don't know how long the sections are.
Otherwise you should try contacting Bruce & Walker. I believe they can make special multi-piece versions of their standard rods to order.

Tube measures- 93 cm so a good 5 inches longer than you would like.

A good bit up river and fly only- Castle Water.
It was a bit high but went anyway. Wish I hadn't really the wind was a nightmare.!!!

The new Ian Gordon range includes a 15' 6pce but rated 11/12 I believe.
