Hi all
Has anybody any info on a fly called the Peckerlly & where I could obtain it, I don't think the spelling is correct by the way
I was shown it by a Gillie on the Deveron on Saturday & he swears by it
Thanks

I think there was an article about it in T&S not so long ago - its tied with peckery hair for the wing which gives its buyancy from what I remember

I think you use the bristles for fly-tying. You can get them from Wharfedale Angling Classics who list Peccary in their Catalogue, give them a ring on 01943 463528 (Otley shop).

BTW Sloggi, are you catching any fish, I am blanking no matter where I go!!! Two last Saturday and one sea-trout 10 days ago. Poor start this year - hopefully it'll get better shortly.
