Thanks Springer, being new to salmon fishing but not being a tackle tart I was looking for another reel to add to my evergrowing collection, although nothing negative said on the reviews it may be better to look for an alternative perhaps save for a Danielsson. Any advice from the members who have already saved me a fortune on gear as usual greatly received.

I've got a couple of Grey's Platinum Xi reels in classifieds. Rare as hen's teeth now, but I will say no more ;D
Hardy have a number of discontinued reels at around 50% discount - (Gem) - mid rather than large arbour. Might be worth a call.
Orvis Mach V or VI are nice large arbours too - around 160-200 quid mark.
If you are of the school that the reel is only a line holder, the Leeda Magnum and Pfleuger (Shakespeare) President (standard arbour and large arbour respectively) are good dependable kit, and unlikely to break the bank at £50 and £90 each.

they are a very nice reel if you can get one on ebay around £60 - good build quality - nice smooth drag, three ball races, reasonable capacity - ian gordon 10/11 plus 100-150 yds 30lb dacron - spitting image of a shimano biocraft xt but larger - the spool release system is nice too. Havent had a chance to actually use it in anger yet but it feels the business, and theres micks lifetime guarantee too -spare spools are £25 which is sensible. quite light at 8.5ounces so may not balance a heavy rod if that concerns you.
