I've jst bought the rod to use on theCoquet, Rede and North Tyne and have tried the lines I have without much sucess.
Any recommendations for a floater and a fast intermediate would be welcome, I'll be dome mostly roll/spey casting and distance is not a top priority but the ability to easily & consistently cast the same lenght of line is a major factor.
Thanks
PS. Have tried Mach 1s and Snowbee 1Ds so far

I've not yet had a chance to see this rod and I'm wondering how the handle is arranged. Is it a typical single hander with a small fighting butt or does it have an actual small, lower grip? I'm thinking about getting one for my trip to the Gaspe this September.
