I have used the Swift 14ftr and it is a fine rod that goes well with the mach 2' lines.

I have the 13 and the 16 - both super rods.
They match well with the Mach 11 fly lines - I would go for the Mach 11 rather then the 11+ for the 13 as it has a shorter head.

I have a 13ft T&T for a #9 and have used both Hardy Mach II+ and a rio windcutter (multi-tips) 8/9/10.
I agree with duncanm about the Hardy Mach II+ being too long for the 13', well for smaller waters I have found that to be the case. The Rio has a shorter head and loads the rod well.
I was originally torn between the Hardy Gem and the T&T, having bought the T&T it I have no regrets.
