I don't know just what is happening but it does seem that somehow you must be accidentally deleting the picture file at Photobucket.
When you have uploaded your image, there will be three boxes below your picture.
These will be titled :
Url:
Tag:
Img:
Click onto the blue Img : by the bottom box.
This will highlight the url. in the bottom box.
Put your cursor onto the highlighted part, right click on your mouse and left click on 'Copy' - do not try to do anything else on the Photobucket site other than that - then, on your message text area here, right click and left click on 'Paste'. The Url will appear between [img) thingies in your message.
That's all you need to do.
If you try that, exactly, and we will see if we can all then see your pictures.
