I find them absolutely lethal. Try the North Esk in big water - it's childs play! Personal favourites are silver or orange, 11F/13F or sometimes 9F. Deadly for sea trout too.

Does anyone ever use the jointed rapalas and if so are they any good. They are used on Loch Lomond to good effect. I have never seen anyone using these on rivers for salmon.

hi all had 2 salmon on rapalas last two years the blue floating one 7 cm.
