The famous "Sanitary towel " pool on the Kelvin. It's a belter I hear it can be good at certain times of the month.

Dog Hole - a pool on Waterside and Ferrar, R. Dee. It has a certain romantic charm to it, until you're in the pub at night and confess "...yes, I managed to pull one out of the dog's hole today" ... personally, don't see what all the fuss was about. ;D

fished a few hut pools, island pools,meetings but beat names hard to match kinkell bridge on the earn lots of pools with strange names ;D the gurl, dalglish, wash. i like to name my own pools on my local river i have everything from sewage works, yellow burn pool, shopping trollie run, the froth, the pipe, concrete path list goes on
