scotty,
A friend of mine fished the river with the fly on a few occasions last year and took 7 or 8 salmon. This is good going considering that he only fished it on a handful of occassions.
Speaking with him the other night, he said that he could show me some of the productive stretches. If I get a ticket and manage a visit, I'll give you a shout about the best stretches.

a mind when 1st saw this website there wis fish a wee guy got fae clyde, they were stoaters a silver fish n it said they wis fae blantyre bit a clyde? now a no clydes route quite well n a canna hink where it goes thru blantyre? anyone mind seein they pics?
