Just a thought,
First fry off your steak to the required finish, I prefer rare to medium.
Remove steak from pan, add a teasthingy of green peppercorns and a dram of glenmorangie cook off alcohol and then add a couple of tablesthingys of double cream stir well, nape over steak.
Serve with steamed broccoli, carrots and your choice of potatoe, mashed or dauphoinoise is my preferred choice.
Serve while still warm
enjoy.

Sorry to change the subject briefly but does a normal fly tying vice grip tubes for tying too?

Sorry to change the subject briefly but does a normal fly tying vice grip tubes for tying too? No, I thread the tube onto a bent paper clip which is clamped in the vice, but you can buy special tube needles to do the same job.
