Hows it going boys?i caught my first salmon on the kyle of sutherland yesterday,size 8 cascade on an intermediate,weather was a wee bit showery and overcast with the tide going out,it was returned to carry on with its businesss,the boys reckoned it was a 9-10lber so to say that i am delighted would be the understatement of the year!sorry about the photos but we forgot the camera and left it in the jeep,tight lines  |

cheers boys ;D,that was my first full day out!been out on the conon and ness for a couple of hours after work but that was to practise the spey casting,was also single spey casting off the left hand shoulder yesterday so that made it even better as i've only had a couple of lessons!

Cheers gord,pity u couldn't make it for the crack,some laugh when i hooked it!grant reckons its all down to him!fire down to mine anytime for the crack,we'll need to get out soon the 3 of us for a day |
