What Ho peeps, got some cash to splash on a new toy, currently own among others a B+W 16FT Powerlight 9/10 and love it, it suits me and the 10/11 spey lines I fish on it but want to go a touch heavier (#11 lines) for the back end.Thinking about:16ft Powerlight#11,16ftNorway #11 and 16ftPowerlight Deluxe #10/11,know the Norway and Powerlight are similar, maybe the Norway is a touch more through action?,I have heard the Deluxe is fine but prone to a weakness in the tip section (as are all 4 piece rods) can get a good deal from the chap near Perth and if I save enough I can buy another Hardy Angel and get them wet on the Dee in April. Also if anybody out there has fished any of the above rods with shooting heads on the Tay my ears are open. Cheers Pedro.

Not much between them for me. I would go with the Norway as the best value.

I know a couple of guys who have the Norway#11 and they love them,it handles anything.I passed the Powerlite on to Billy the ghillie at Islamouth (thurs, fri.and Saturday,so I can't comment on that one. simplyflyfishing will give you the best price on either,I assume thats who you have tried
