I bought a reel off e-bay this time last year and got a Shakespeare Worcestershire Double taper Intermediate #10 , brand new, free with it. Last week i bought the same reel again but this time i got a free Daiwa Lochmor #11 sinker (wet cel 2 speed) free with it. 
Bargain??
I had never cast either so went out today to give them a going over for half an hour to see how they performed on my Oracle as i'd never cast any line other than a floater!
I have to say that i was pleasantly suprised with both the lines and how straight forward i found casting them! I was by no means firing out yard after yard... but within a few casts i was covering the full width of the river no probs ( okay... i know the Ericht is narrow!) so so far so good!
I shall look forward to giving both the lines a going over on Monday, but with a wee roll cast to get them on the surface i was chuffed with how much easier they were to fling than i thought they'd be!
