Tried this line out yesterday and was very impressed with the delicate presentation achieved but when I tried it out later with sinkinking polyleaders(5ft)it wouldnt turn them over properly.Does anyone use this line and have you cut it back to allow use with the polys?

Never tried the salmon wonderlines MK but I've always been impressed by the trout lines particlarly the new Gen III ones. Sounds like the salmon line has a fine front taper and that you need to cut it back a bit like the Lee Wulffs. FYI Just took delivery of a Monteith full floater and Jock assures me this line will turn over even 10ft polyleaders with ease. He's doing them at 40 pounds on ebay and they have the same basic taper as the multi-system so it should be a nice, versatile line cheers Splash
