The 14' got a good review in a recent Trout & Salmon rod test - some consider the 14' to be the pick of the range

I've got the 16' one and think it's a cracking rod.

Are all the Hardy/Greys rods produced in the far east?

any more news on the swift as i cant decide between it and a sage z axis? Little to choose between the two, the Angel would just edge it for me on performance but I much prefer how the z-axis looks regarding cosmetics and the shape of the corks. Iv'e seen too many Angel's and z axis' breaking! Peter Andersons Paraflex series is probably the only rod building company not to have any rods back, none breaking.
