Nice shot scotview. I used to fish this water quite alot when I lived in Aberdeen. Never had any luck. Being the fly-only purist that I am  the "locals" would spin for half an hour, bag a couple, and then leave me to it  . Ahhh, peace and solitude...... |

hows the don fishing just now,fished killdrumy a few yrs back,
had a great couple o days even tho the fish were gravid up there??

The Don has been hard going lately small runs of fish moving thru lower beats but no signs of the big backenders the don was used to. I had 2 coloured fish at kemnay but still alot of small grilse about, seen one last week at 1lb 4oz.
