IMHO, with the Tazzies, a lurid bright green or yellow and silver works best in the estuaries

The Special was used to great effect on the ythan estuary for seatrout, I use to tie a couple o' wee terror feathers off the back for more movement, killer lure but don't slap the thing in the water to get any weed off or you'll end up losing fins from it.

Hi Scotty,
Stephen J Fawcetts advert in T&S normally shows a small pic of one. Hope this helps.

Fawcetts now sold out. Tried them today. The guy who makes them has now retired so going to be very difficult to get hold of them now.

Such is the design of these lures, it is difficult to conceive how anyone invented such a lure. It works but you need deeper water.

They do look pretty wierd looking at the picture in the T&S advert. I was only after a couple for display purposes in my rod room becuase they are hard to find now.
