Found this seller on ebay last year, good service, he seems to have everything devon minnowy one could ever need, although I'm not sure how the prices compare to your local shops once you factor in postage.
Just do a member search for mac4521 or search ebay shops for The Devon Minnow Store. Funnily enough he's based in Huddersfield but I hasten to add that I have no connection whatsoever.

So these Devon minnows, arnt from Devon. They're Huddersfield minnows, Doesnt have the same ring to it..

Mac is great - really helpful and a nice bloke I've no connection but wouldn't buy devons from antone else. Even does 1 1/2" ruby red devons - great
