At a Forum Symposium to which Edinbugh members were conscripted it is a pleasure to announce the Prataka Restaurant,Cross Causewayside have been appointed as catering "Partner" to the Bywell Fishings next season.
The cost of the meal ,ex After Eights and dubious non- VSOP Brandy is actually more expensive to eat per minute than fishing the renowned beat of the Tyne, hence all meals next year at Sod Hall(no,really thats where you'll be staying and I'm not making that bit up,honest) are to be prepared and served by gents employed by the Prataka Restuarant, dressed as sub-alterns from the Bengal Lancers.
At £1.50 a minute it is cheaper than the fuishin, sorry fishing, since we are in dear old Albion, and it is designed to make you feel like you are getting a deal.
Easter Leaver Splash is to be head bottle washer on account of early bath despite leaving a hefty and generous £20 Cobra'n'Crisps contribution gratefullly recieved at early knockings by fellow delegates.
DTYS-or not,at these prices......................!
ZH
Attendees would like to point out that Cross Causewayside is a distinct and recognisable area on the Southside of Edinbirgh near Newington and is not, despite the conotations of its title,a part of the Pink Triangle featuring heavily in todays Gay and Lesbian Festival,a Cross Causeway being a thoroughfare traversing the Newington area of the City.

Aye, Zephead after a week of the norms of urban dwelling in North Leith, ie Triad gang heists, arson and such likes, getting you accross to the more salubrious side of town clearly has had a deleterious effect. I suggest that next time we re-baseline with a few pints in JP's Bar and a takeaway from the Deep Sea which at least will have the benefit in preparing you for your previously stated desire to relocate to the Wild West...... ;D cheers Splash
