hahahah i was the same on Saturday.... i bounced a double off the rocks all day long doing my single Spey tuition! First went one point.. then the other..... followed by the rib... then the whole fly disappeared! I think the secret is to keep practising! Im gonna nip down th the Ericht tonight for an hour after work! see if i can re-capture the technique from Saturday!! Not past 2'oclock mind!!

Owen,when are you due back ? It. seems to me you are trying too hard and have'nt lost that trout flick which will surely send that fly on to the river bank. Get in touch and we will see about sorting that out.
John,I did'nt miss the 2o'clock bit but you missed the two bits of tubing before the wee dabs of superglue sunshine,.

Know what you mean Nolon i demolished a few tube flies myself on saturday at Kercock.  Maybe Dennis could sort me out when i'm back at Kercock on the 25/03/06 If not life could become a bit expensive. |

I'm also fishing Kercock on the 25th March. I'll see you there. Don't worry about flies, I have far to many so you can destroy as many as you want.
I'm sure Dennis will sort out your casting.

Should be some crack that day ! I will try to get the banks the right way round and do what I can about keeping the wind down. You guys of course can tie on pipecleaners to your leaders,It will not do much to improve the likelyhood of catching a salmon, but it is vastly cheaper ! fruin,if you are going to hand out flies to be wrecked,I'd better have a wee scan through your boxes first,arrive early ! ! I'm just wondering if I will be well enough to go to work on the 25th.............See you then.
