1st time salmon in Scotland

I'm busy planning my 1st ever Salmon fishing trip to Scotland. I have been flyfishing for about 15 years, but have never fished for Salmon.

I am considering the North or South Esks as a good option, but at this stage I am very flexible as to the destination. Can anyone advise on some good beats for beginners and also some reasonable accomodation for those not on a luxury holiday , but wanting to spend quality time fishing.
