I was thinking about buying a 15 ft norway from ebay. Can anyone tell me what if any differences there would be with a second hand lightly used rod as opposed to a brand new one. Thanks in advance  |

The Norway Speycaster has been around for about eight on nine years now,the one I use has been in fairly constant use since then.I'm not aware of any changes in it's performance. IF it is a Norway Speycaster you should be alright,it would be worthwhile asking the seller which model it is. Sorry I can't vouch for any of the older models. Hope that helps.
