Name of fly?

I'm looking for the name of this fly. I saw the fly last year at the Dee and tied it from memory, so ribbing and tinsel colors could be wrong but i do remember the green body, grey herron hackle and wing well. It's like a green Beauly snow fly but must have a name. Any one?
