hi all here is a few plastic tubes{veniard slip stream} with a difference the body is covered in crisp pkt the blue teal and silver and the black and yellow are ribbed with fuse wire and the red and yellow is ribbed with red holo mylar the next image is of 4,different salar singles . could be doubles or trebles, with differ et color buck tail tied on them, so if you want to thread your line through your tube tie it on to the single pull the line through the tube and hey presto you can have any color tail you like heres the red and orange with the added tail and the black and yellow with tail you can add any color tail and any length of tail giving each tube much more versatility , cheers billy p

Hi Speycaster, Very nice what you've done with the hooks to complement the tubes. I particularly like the use of the singles especially in these days where the majority of anglers practice catch and release. It's very similar to the thread on tube flies on the Seatrout Fishing forum: seatroutfishing.proboards34.com/index.cgi?board=fly&action=display&thread=1155768891&page=1Not wanting to take anything away from what you've done, but I don't think that a copyright will be placed on it The idea was first published, as far as I'm aware in John Veniard's book, A Further Guide to Fly Dressing back in 1961 It was used to improve the appearance and taking qualities of the tube fly. Something which you have admirably achieved. ;D
