As listed in Stan Headley's - Trout and Salmon Flies of Scotland -
Alistair
Silk - Black Body - Flat Gold Rib - Mediuam Oval Gold Wing - Dirty yellow bucktail from the back of the tail, tied all aroung on waddingtons and tubes, or, over and under on doubles or trebles.

fruin's recipe is right, but i reckon the tying in stan's book is off the mark. i have an alastair somewhere i got from someone in helmsdale- if i find it ill post a pic.
