its in the hands of the weather gods but we should encounter fish somewhere along the trip . PS. have you got your insurance sorted out yet for the trip, you can never be too careful on 'overseas trips' ;D what size are your feet? I need the info for my policy ;D

size 10 in wader boots, though trying to trip me up by laying your rod on the ground in front of me may invalidate the cover ;D (I think you were just trying to prevent me getting to the river )

hi there brendan its a salar 9. glad you like it. Using the orange badger was easky's idea, i think it transforms the fly. lite brite is well worth a go. if you dont rib it it frays and mingles with the tail. like seal's fur it also gives your flies a strong profile. can be good in fast water tied up to 3". here's a silver one a 9 Thanks for tying some of these for me Ross. Had a sparkling 15lber dripping with lice today on one of these. I would strongly recommend thios for use in peaty water.

I strongly recommend you contact MacD, if you want to catch a fish imho, and acquire some of his gold cascades, they just come alive in the water and do the business;)

Well done that is first class fishing in anyone's book.
