I use pretty much the same plus copolymer for dry fly fishing, I also use flourocarbon for sea trout fishing although its probably not necessary at night. With regard to brands I use either Sightfree G3 or Frog Hair in the lighter diameters.
For my reel line I use either 14lb or 17lb Stren on my fixed spools or 25lb braid on my multiplier.
