If somebody asked you to pay £125 for a floating line and a few polytips, would you pay it? That in essence is what you would be buying.
You would be cheaper buying a full floater and cutting fifteen feet off the tip. You could then buy some mill end lines of varying densities with decent front tapers and make up the tips from those. All this would probably cost you not much more than a floating line, especially if you already hace old lines lying around to make the tips with.
Personally, I haven't tried the lines here, but I know a part time ghillie on the Newtyle beat that fishes with one and he has sold a few to other anglers that I know. They all seem happy with the performance. He was fihing this line yesterday and it seemed to go out in a nice tight loop.

Gary, it's no surprise that the part timer on the beat is using one,its the full time ghillie who brought it out .! !

And I dare say the part timer is doing well for him in the sales, as he tells everybody how many fish he has caught on the fly, but is more often found dragging flying C's through fly-only pools
