Has anyone tried these additions for the windcutter mult-tip.
I'm thinking of getting a set of 10/11/12 rated for my 10/11/12 line.
These attachments should make the windcutter even more flexible for dealing with sink tips.

I think the skagit tips are designed for the rio skagit line, as opposed to the windcutters although I am sure they will work

From what I have been told from the people that are the main distributors for Rio lines in the UK the Skagit cheaters are for the windcutter multi tip line. There are specialist skagit lines available but the cheaters are there to make the windcutter line even more versatile, basically they reduce the overall length of the head whilst maintaining the same weight. I am in the process of trying to blag a set plus some Rio big boy tips and some of the T14 shooting head to put through their paces for a day or 2 during the closed season so I can get a good set up for the opening week on the Kharlovka.

I purchased a fast sink big boy tip last year. It works fine with both tips of the windcutter removed & sinks like a stone !!
The skagit cheaters should make the windcutter even more flexible.
For not very long casters like myself, this should allow me to lift a sink tip & a heavy tube to the surface without roll casting.
Very useful for those cold heavy spring days and I wont be knackered at the end of the day.

I got the cheaters for the WC 10-12 and they are great, not only for using the WC as a "Skagit" line but also when you want a shorter head, because of tight spots, heavy tips, big flies or whatever. You don´t need to "Skagit" cast in order to enjoy the cheaters.
BTW, the 10-12 cheaters also work with the 9/11 WC. Put the 10 ft floating cheater on this line and tried it with my 13´ Norway. Very sweet! The way I´m using that rod means I don´t really need a long head and most shooting heads feel a bit clunky with this rod. But the WC 9/11 with the cheater is spot on! The head length with this set up is about 14,5 meters, which I think is perfect for the 13´ Norway.
