This is a new one on me.
Wrap a whole salmon (gutted etc) in foil. Place on upper drawer of dishwasher and put on full cycle.
No soap.
Not tried it myself but have been assured it works a treat.

My mother-in-law said that she cooked a salmon this way. It was too big for a fish kettle - not one of my fish then !!!

Should this thread not be removed from the Lounge to the Kitchen the Lounge is begining to smell a little fishy.
Unless of course Ross keeps his dishwasher in his lounge............no accounting for some.

I've got a bloke I pay to come around and service mine every now and then,it doesn't take long,an hour or so of banging and its back to normal.I've asked him on many occasions if he fancies taking it off my hands so I can get myself one of these slimmer models you see from time to time.

Fish I catch wont fit in any dishwasher,coz I cant catch sod all at the moment,wait till I get to the tweed though will be able to poach them in a Fishermans Friend tin. Pedro.
