Don't be put off by the 16ft model themoygreen, unless its physically too long for where you fish that extra 1ft of rod is of greater benefit than hindrance especially if you intend fishing a sunk line with it.On my 16ft er have fished shooting heads from 11 to 13,spey lines 10/11 from floater to multitip(with type 8 tip and intermediate mid section)to ultra fast sink,11spey lines in all density's and conventional D.T.12s in intermediate and wet 2.Handles them all great, just a small adjustment to casting technique according to what you fish with.If you contact B+W they should accommodate you with a 15ft 11/12,it may cost a bit more than a standard rod but if its what you want then go for it.I know of two people who have been accommodated with specialist wishes as far as B+W are concerned and they haven't been disappointed.Pedro.

Received wisdom is that B&W rods require a line size up when using a wf line as the prescribed line weight is for a dt. I have a Norway 15` 10/11 that fishes perfectly with an 11/12.
