I have just heard that the Carron website has been playing up over the festive period, apparently if you try to order a line you get all the way through the process before the system has a failure and kicks you out. I have spoken to Gwyneth at Carron and they are now aware of the problem and have someone working on the problem. Gwyneth is very apologetic about the technical hitch and asked me to say. You're right - I tried yesterday and experienced the problem. I emailed them to let them know. Spoke with Gwyneth today who has ordered my line - really impressive service

The glitch has been fixed and the website appears to be working fine.
