Salmon like Prawn n Shrimp, but in my experience they prefer Salt N Vinegar crisps, especially when fresh from the sea. ;D

Elwyman, I don't live near the coast so I struggle to get salt and vinegar crisps fresh from the sea, can you recommend a supplier or will the ones from Tesco be ok for salmon?

Cin any a u wisecracks tell us wit effect these 2 had on salmon n why they were banned withoot bein sarcastic? Cheerz In your question, there lye-th the answer. Had they been sarcastic, they might never had been banned, but the wee rascals chose to "noise up" the authorities, and so it came to pass, were banned. The authorities, being politically correct, decided it was right and proper, and so as not to fall foul of the monopolies commission, to ban prawns from tescos and shrimps from asda. 9nro - please refer to AA's next post if you would wish to contribute to this forum.

I still have a chuckle every time I look at this thread. If it wasn't for certain characters like 9nro (who asked a perfectly straight forward question by da way) all be it in his own special way wouldn't life be boring and predictable. Tone it down a bit 9nro and you might find you are taken more seriously . ;D

I like boring and I like predictable - but for the benefit of this forum and not to offend your good wife, I will modify my last post.

lighten up guys look at the funny side of this, i look forward to what scotty boy is going to come up with next, it gives me a laugh each time i read his posts and some of the replys , make the site and people have the sence of humor that brightens the day, i think scottyboy knows his poaching days are almost over as he shot himself in the foot by posting his pic for all to see, he has a face that would stick out incrowd , and more so on a river bank with a fishing pole in hand, happy days 9nro
