Its always hard to tell when the fish is pushed forward away from the angler... Well you wouldn't want to hold that one too close would you?

The photo came off FishScotland with the caption:
A 14lb Cree salmon caught in August 2006 by Chris Izod, Newton Stewart Angling Association beat.
I posted it, as Alan says, because it shows how deceiving photos can be.
Like Ross, I thought around 20lb when I first saw the picture.
I've never seen a fish with a black head like that?

yes push them out makes them look bigger son was advice when i was a nipper. now i fish on my own and tell people i have a 75inch landing net ;D
