I have a one rod booking on a tay beat for tommorow unfortunately due to other commitments i won't be able to go if anyone would like to take this please pm me and i will give details

Hardygem, I would love to take the rod, but unfortunately I am looking after the kids this weekend as my wife has decided to go away on a Hen Weekend  It is typical, before this thread I have already been offered a rod on the Spey by a friend that has to go offshore, and a rod on the Tay by a friend that has double booked this Saturday. Where are all these offers when I am free to fish  |

Aye - it's a cruel and evil world  I happened to mention to the good lady wife that a day had come up on the Tay.... I believe the expression she came out with had something to do with freezing and hell - I'm not sure about the rest as I was running away from the shoes getting thrown at me at the time ;D |

Not all was lost; I managed to drop the kids off at my parents and headed down the local river for the afternoon. It was a bit high, but I tried anyway - to no avail  |
