been waiting a month now, for new oracle1v, and
trion reel.
so i phoned j.norris this evening, and was told that,
shakespeare had deferred the last delivery, until
the end of feb....
so i then phoned mullarky's, and was told the same.
so norris was telling the truth..
i wonder why, shakespeare can't supply, to meet the
demand......
i hope they will be worth waiting for.................

Gavan - I see there is a 13' oracle IV on e bay at the minute with a "buy it now" price of £69.99.

but my mate up in durham, told me a 12ft rod, is ideal
for the wear.
anything longer, would re unsuitable......

Im on the waiting list with John Norris for a 13ft Oracle IV..... it was only after i put my name down that one came up on e-bay..... plus im not going to buy rods through e-bay after getting my last one snapped via Royal Mail.
I think they simply cant meet the demand simply because its been rated so highly! typical! Will see what happens in March!

I dont want to step out of line here - but I have a banner on its way to Colin for this site, re advertising.
I have the above kit mentioned in stock and can price match the Shakespeare stuff.
On the stock issue- we all place orders in late October and Shakespeare then order the quantity from the factories.
Any orders above this amount then have to be re- ordered from China.
You want to be on my side of the counter- Shakespeare are the best for holding stock- some others are a nightmare.
