the top stream is not available to fish for Northumberland anglers as there water starts at the bottom of the north bank stream

1.6 miles at Eltringham, owned by the Humble family for over 100 years. Let to Newcastle Angling club for last 30 years and mainly fished for coarse fish. Immediately below Bywell beat, offers over £85k - sounds underpriced! Photo in the mag looks like some nice fly water - perhaps it an April Fool's joke! Looks like someone agrees it was underpriced. Went for over £1/4 million - someone has got their fingers burnt in my opinion?

0.5 mile of single bank of the Clwyd is on the market for £50k.
Not particularly good for sea trout, and I doubt if a salmon has been caught for a few years.
The Tyne has a growing reputation for salmon, so I suppose some people will speculate that values will increase.
