is there not a thread going at the minute about the click, i notice all the same names jumping on the guy thinking its funny scotty check the results lough tay has been showing good catches grow up guys i had to read paulsewins post twice and what i see is, as per paul , a thread gets started then hijacked on some personal chat, why not stick to the original thread or just start a new one? in my time here i have seen some of the longer members try to belittle otheres because of the way there grammer is, and even read of older folk being made fun of because they had a barber on and fished a pool slower than a young guy so for those of you that think your shit dont stink think again, there is a few things i ignore, i can take as well as give, forums have been around for many years, i have been a member of the steelhead site since 95 there are a-holes no matter were you go, that think that everything they say is rite and will never be wrong and otheres that offer good sound advise i have met a lot of really good guys and just 1 or 2 a- holes so stick in there, Is this the thread you are referring to? I cannot understand what you are saying, your punctuation and spelling is so bad, I will begin reading your posts when you take a little time to compose them properly. For your information, I have never met any of the people in this thread. |

ok on second thoughts, willie gunn you are always first to put smart comments in on people who you think, are not as educated as you ,so ill stick to what this forum is all about (fishing)
lets see how good you and your rr really are!! post a pic of your biggest ever fish and ill post mine, my best day is 81 silver salmon (fly) one day whats yours, biggest fish caught 261 ib and by the way my biggest salmon 79 3/4 ib so do you still think the spelling and range rover makes you a good fisherman or gets you further in life than someone else, think again my bad days fishing will beat your best, so stop with the smart comments your supposed to be a moderator on here, start helping people not make fun of them.

this is a point im trying to get across, ive not known in my years of fishing that you have to be able to spell before you can catch salmon, some of the members here think a better education catches more fish for some weird reason, the real point i was making to wg was when a member asked a simple question as to how the fishing might be on loch tay wg thought it was funny to add that his parents were not married, i see no reason a moderator should be making comments into a members personal life , not so funny when your getting picked on wg is it, comment like that have made some members within the last few days say they had enough of the forum

I think Akflyrod your a bit hard on WG (though he does ask for it). Your point about education and catching salmon is spot on - you can be the brainiest geek in the world, on the best beat and yet catch nothing. The only education a successful salmon angler needs is that gained from time learning on the river, coupled with the native instinct that all good fishers have in their genes. I think if you're a fisher it's in your blood. Tight lines. Salmo.
