I saw this video in a catalogue and thought it looked quite good, for 14.95 you can't really go wrong, i was just wondering has anyone ever watched this? is it good? and if there are any other videos / dvds you can reccomend.

Jay,
That's the Michael Evans video - I found it useful and my casting has improved after a winter of watching the video and practising. It also comes on dvd.
If it's a casting instruction you're after, the new Rio dvd is supposed to be very good.
