Good man donangler, well done. I hope to be posting a similar thing when I return from the Tay on Saturday night . I've done the maths see, one river+ 1 dan = fish! Easy innit?. If only I had paid attention at school.

a see u put a after sayin u got it on a flyin c, why is this? wot is it wiff some people who fink fly is the only way to catch fish? are some anglers born wiff a fly rod in hand? did they neva fish the burn at the bac of their houses n schemes wiff wee rod n few worms? seems to me fishin is definetley divided between fishin class folk n the fly class who hink cos they use a fly they r betta, pees me off, undastand sometimes worms may cause harm tae salmon but a flyin c? neva heard it killin any fish, maybe a wrong, was on tay at kenmore yesterday n got some snidey looks fae 2 english toffs wiff their fly rods cos a had a toby on, a reckon a much rite to be there as they 2 clowns, fools like them that r puttin me aff pickin up the salmon fly rod. Rant Ova. S

Quite right scottyboy9nro, not that I do much spinning, but each to there own.
Comming to think of it, if I was returning fish, I am sure the spinning outfit would be the quickest way to get them in.
Although it does give me a sore back.
