Have a couple of days booked on the Lochlands and Laggan (Crieff) beat in mid September, never fished it before.........anyone got any advice

aye aye boggo how you doing .personally ive never fished lochlands and laggan but spend a lot of time on aberuthven beat do you fish the fly or spin .......?

Fly or spin, I like to alternate between the two.
Have never fished the Earn at all but am told lochland and laggan can be quite good given some water

aye aye boggo yes its a great river if you get water.at an affordable price .yellow and red seems to do the trick for me i know a few guys who fish a cindicate water further down river .thay do really well at the back end .you can check water height at kinkell bridge just google river earn tight lines
