I understand a 2 week extension has been granted on the Dee starting next year. I assume that this will apply only to the lower, possibly middle river. If memory serves me right several of our contributors where involved in "exploratory" post-season fishing on the Dee and other east coast rivers to assess their autumn stock. Am I right in thinking it wasn't great? If so, what is the point of the extension?
