Hello fellow anglers and students of the secret lore. I'm new here but keen to get to know folks. I've been an angler for quite a few years now, from Chub to really big Dace so I feel I have something to offer. One question. I have been asked to a river next year, the Tay I believe, on a section known as Dal Guys. My question is as follows. Should I use my normal ground bait mix ( this is deadly stuff folks. Good for allsorts. Pike, Roach etc.) or maybe I should change it for a new place? Also boots. I've been told I'll need to wade a bit. Should I bring wellies? (Green of course.). I plan to bring my big Carp rod (its new as well). That should impress them no end. What do you think mateys? Wear your thigh waders as Stan encourages shuffling for Grayling just outside the hut which is very easy wading.
