Bit of light relief here guys (just incase the page 3 thread didnt do the trick  - a kind of 'song association' thang. Rivers, lochs, tackle and fish - whatever. It could be in the songtitle or performer - as long it has some association with this common affliction from which we all suffer. The more tenuous and cringworthy the better  Here's a few that spring to mind - Please Spey - The Crying Shames Hey Ya - Outkast Come Fly With Me - Frank (amongst others) You Spin Me Round - Dead Or Alive White Lines - Grand Master and Melle Mel Sylvia's Mother - Doctor Hook The Tide Is High - Blondie Rock The Boat - Hues Corporation The Beat Goes On - Sonny and Cher Ghillie Don't Be A Hero - Paper Lace Raintown - Deacon Blue Down Down (Deeper and Down) - The Quo Son Of My Father - Chicory Tip...................and of course the inimitable - Salmon Chanted Evening. Getting worse now - better stop and get some serious hoovering done. Regards to all and lets hope the fishing picks up otherwise all we will have to talk about is excrement like this (only joking). |

Bit too obvious but what with all this low water,lack of fish,sunny/dreadful weather forecast malaise not even lifted by PAT's witty thread I'm afraid "Fishermans Blues" by the Waterboys springs all too readily to mind............
